Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Marketing and Ecommerce leads ecommerce and UX efforts for digital touchpoints in order to elevate the digital customer experience. Their goal will be to drive bookings, increase share-of-wallet, and optimize the digital experience across digital touchpoints, including AspenSnowmass.com, the Aspen Snowmass App, and other platforms as needed. This role will be deeply focused on our customer personas and customer journeys to ensure we're reaching the right customers, at the right time. -
Essential Job Functions--- - - -Responsible for growing online sales and optimizing the guest journey to drive online conversions--- - - -Manage ecommerce planning and strategy for Aspen Snowmass guest direct channel, working closely with Digital Technology and Product, Sales, Services teams--- - - -Lead ecommerce strategy discussions in a multi-disciplinary committee format. Lead tactical group of ecommerce stakeholders through seasonal transitions, roadmap planning, and other efforts--- - - -Lead product launches, coordinating with Creative, Digital Technology, Revenue Centers and Digital Marketing teams--- - - -Establish and monitor key ecommerce KPIs with Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, collaborate on tracking and reporting--- - - -Working in collaboration with Digital Technology team and external web/mobile development vendors, maintain and elevate look, feel and design of AspenSnowmass.com and app, prioritizing improvements to UX and guest journey based on analytics and data--- - - -Optimize priority content and tools to reduce frictions for our guests including mountain reporting, trip planning tools, leveraging heat maps and site analytics--- - - -Business owner and product marketer for mountain reporting data and design on digital applications and third party channels - ---- - - -Recommend and execute on maintenance backlog for digital applications to improve user experience--- - - -Partner with digital technology and Product, Sales, Services teams on ecommerce roadmap and budgeting/planning ---- - - -Manage and collaborate on digital roadmap projects and strategies ---- - - -Contribute to and apply digital strategy to inform digital product roadmap initiatives--- - - -Website and ecommerce content updates as needed, seasonal transitions, supporting Digital Product Marketing Manager
---Qualifications--- - - - -Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in digital marketing -preferred--- - - - -6+ years of experience with digital marketing and ecommerce in a related field.--- - - - -4+ years of experience interfacing with technology & product teams ---- - - - -Possess a fundamental understanding of digital technologies as well as content management and ecommerce platforms and tools and how they interface with websites and digital technology. Experienced Sitecore End User/Digital Marketing Suite preferred.--- - - - -Familiarity with digital strategy with regards to ecommerce, SEO, online conversion, strategic enhancements, personalization, usability testing and next generation digital solutions.--- - - - -Experience managing multiple large and complex projects from initial planning stages through conception, design, execution, delivery, and ongoing support. ---- - - - -Experience with mobile web presentation theory and responsive design methodologies, user testing and mobile e-commerce.--- - - - -Experience working with Google Analytics and reporting and core understanding of SEO/SEM and related tactics.--- - - - -Must be able to lead, motivate and encourage others and possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
