experiences. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and
live chat Provide detailed information about Fidelity's financial
products and services Assist in resolving issues and complaints
with attention to detail and in a timely manner Guide clients
through account setup, troubleshooting, and service upgrades
Maintain a thorough understanding of Fidelity’s offerings to
provide accurate support Participate in ongoing training to stay
current on products, services, and policies Document all client
interactions accurately Facilitate communication between clients
and relevant departments to solve complex issues Excellent verbal
and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and
patience Ability to understand financial services and products
Proficient in CRM software and strong computer skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Capability to handle
stressful situations professionally Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Preferably holds FINRA Series 7 and
Series 63 certifications
