Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-8 school serving approximately 50 students in Arvada, CO. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses on providing specialized speech and language support to a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to student needs in both mild/moderate and moderate/severe categories - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families - Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions accordingly - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines - Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment Desired Qualifications: - Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure for school-based SLPs - Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students, teachers, and families effectively Location: - Position is based at Achieve Academy, Arvada, CO, serving K-8th grade students Benefits and Perks: - Full-time, contract position offering consistent hours (40 hours per week) - Opportunity to work with a well-defined caseload and contribute meaningfully to student development - Supportive environment focused on educational growth and student success Qualified candidates with the required licensure and experience are encouraged to apply promptly to contribute valuable speech and language support in this dynamic educational setting.
