Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide specialized speech and language services within an educational setting. This role involves working closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping to improve communication skills critical for academic success and social interaction. Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. The position requires occasional travel to multiple school locations within the area, offering variety and the opportunity to impact a broad student population.
