The position will collaborate with multiple teams to drive hospitality brand positioning, development and management, as well as leading individual brand/ property marketing managers in developing overall creative strategy and messaging. The position will improve presence, relevance and differentiation with key audiences to include current and prospective guests, travel professionals, investors, industry influencers, employees and future employees.Essential Job Functions* Own and lead hospitality brand identities and ensure consistency across all communication channels, campaigns and assets.* Lead all aspects of brand and communication for our hospitality brands in key markets around the world, ensuring proper tie in with the parent company global brand voice and goals.* Lead the process for our hospitality brands to grow awareness maximize presence, relevance and differentiation in our current and new markets with target audience and influencers.* Support TLNHG Development team with needed presentation materials.* Lead marketing strategy for new property brand alignment, announcement and digital presence including coordinating all website updates or new website development for TLNHG.* Work with each brand's digital marketing management on web presence and site strategy.* Partner with ASC teams in digital marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, products and employee success to streamline processes and offerings that support shared internal and external customers.* Lead a team responsible for hospitality creative services, marketing content, internal and external communication and digital marketing.* Work with global team to manage global agency selection, training, and ongoing relationships.* Manage brand global communications focusing on prospective guests, industry influencers, investors, and the hotel group's global employee base.* Advise executive committee on hospitality marketing and communications strategy and support property level marketing* Lead hospitality creative services department as well as external resources to deliver innovative digital media programs and events that capture the attention of our industry* Create innovative marketing campaigns and experiences that map to planned user experiences and reinforce brand identity.* Work with ASC partnership + retail teams on unique collaborations, partners, and events* Serving as an internal consultant for the creation of all marketing content to include whitepapers, videos, blog posts, press releases, info graphics, etc.* Develop new types of content and communication vehicles designed to answer buyers' questions and accelerate their buying cycles.* Support conferences and events by developing trade show messaging, design and content.QualificationsQualifications* Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communication, business or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.* 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding and communication with a minimum of three years of experience at a director level in the hospitality industry.* Working knowledge of relevant technologies to include CRM, Marketing Automation, HTML, WordPress and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative software.* Proven track-record of unifying, transforming, and elevating and repositioning the brands of complex businesses.* Detail-oriented project manager with an eye for great design and can manage both internal and external resources.* Experience refining, evolving and deploying a brand and messaging architecture that is highly relevant to our target audience.* Demonstrated communications expertise with exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear and persuasive writing style* Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining world-class marketing talent to include internal team members, freelance graphic designers, writers, videographers and agencies.* Experience across key brand and communication disciplines including video, marketing content creation, digital marketing, regional websites and social media.* Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and have an immediate impact in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.* Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that's comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints.* Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills with experience achieving best-in-class Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratios and proven record of managing budgets preferably in excess of $1 million annuallySalary Range: $95,069-$133,097Budgeted Target: $105,000Additional InformationSupervision given and received Supervision given: This position has supervisory responsibilities: Director of Marketing for Limelight Hotels and Senior Marketing Manager for The Little Nell and Residences at The Little Nell.Supervision received: Works under limited supervision. Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and is responsible for establishing strategical methods to attain them. Can formulate policies but does not necessarily have final authority for approval.
