Sinclair Building Architecture Design (SIN-BAD) is a design-build
firm with a focus on custom luxury residences and remodels. We are
seeking a results-driven individual to join our team and fill the
project manager role, ideally someone with at least ten years of
experience in residential construction. Because our firm is small,
this position comes with greater autonomy and cross-functional
collaboration and will emphasize project management,
preconstruction coordination and estimating, hands-on work in the
field, and operational initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project budgets,
schedules, quality assurance, and compliance with plans,
specifications, and relevant building codes. Primarily, this role
involves managing, coordinating, and supervising construction
processes on numerous simultaneous projects in a timely and
economical manner. Project sizes include large single-family
residences, new build and renovations, as well as some retail and
Administers and owns all aspects of estimating and bidding new
Develops and monitors project budgets and ensures all work is
completed within budgetary restrictions and in accordance with

Reviews and approves all vendor and subcontractor invoices;
resolves any discrepancies and reviews invoices for completeness
and quality of work performed.
Ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are received and
that required inspections are scheduled and completed.
Maintains regular, continuous communication with on-site team
(Superintendent, Foremen, subcontractors) to ensure quality control
and adherence to project schedules/budgets -- in person, via
digital communication, and during weekly staff meetings.
Supervises Superintendent and Foreman expenses across all
Delivers ballpark estimates to help leadership close new deals with
prospective or former clients.

Ability to plan and organize multiple projects at once.

Strong command of the entire Microsoft Office suite, especially
Experience using BuilderTrend or Procore.
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly
changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Proven ability to reliably meet deadlines.
Interpersonal skills necessary to resolve supplier/vendor
Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements deemed by
OSHA and company safety policies, as well as complete necessary

Fluent or conversational in Spanish.

Travel to local construction sites and endure loud noises and
