DESCRIPTIONProject ManagerThe Project Manger brings unique and
interpersonal value to the Fading West organization by informing,
educating, and problem solving directly with clients who are
interested or actively under contract with our modular houses.
Being a Project Manager means you will be the primary point of
contact and company ambassador from the time a client signs a
contract to project completion. The ideal candidate will have
superb people skills and a customer service mindset paired with a
high level of organization and proactive work ethicRESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing relationships with
clients of Fading West who have purchased homes for neighborhood
developments. Assist In ensuring deliverables are completed such as
project schedules, budget, and scope. Ensuring all deliverables are
accurate and on time to both external clients and Fading West.
Communicate product and process changes to clients on a regular
basis.Communicate product and process changes across internal
departments as they arise and are needed. Educating our clients on
our product line and full process from contract signing to project
completion.Field customer Inquiries In a timely and professional
manner.Coordinate with all necessary departments inside the
organization and outside the organizationEnsure that clients
receive the highest level of customer service throughout project
lifecycle.Assist In measuring project performance through data
management tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project.
Report and escalate necessary situations to upper management when
needed.Assist In aligning customer expectations and company
objectives. -QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years of project management
or comparable experienceProven customer service skillsExceptional
Communication and organizational skills High level of attention to
detail.Highly flexible and adaptableEager to bring creativity to
the team.REQUIREMENTS
In-Person (this position cannot be
performed remotely) Reference check that speaks to the positive
character of the applicantMay be required to regularly stand, sit,
or walk for long periods of time, lift, or carry more than 50
pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and
crouch.Must be competent and comfortable in advanced computer
skills and navigating modern technology.COMPENSATION
Rate Range: $65,000 to $75,000
/year
(Rate commensurate with experience)Fading West rigorously adheres
to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. -
