Respiratory Therapist $5000.00 $1500.00 Relocation Assistance Relocate to beautiful Salida, CO HRRMC Cardiopulmonary Department is looking for Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team. We have day, and night shifts available (36 hours per week). These position is eligible for shift differentials and $3000.00 sign on bonus! Shift Type Differential Evening :3pm-11pm $2.00/hr Night :545pm-7am $3.50/hr Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center was named a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in the U.S. in 2019, according to The National Rural Health Association's Rural Health Policy Institute, iVantage Health Analytics and The Chartis Center for Rural Health. We are a certified Level IV Trauma Center and a Critical Access Hospital capable of treating severe, life-threatening injuries. Additionally, we have employed medical specialists often not found in other rural hospitals. Work where other vacations. Respiratory Therapist EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician or Registered Respiratory Therapist. One year experience preferred but not required. Must maintain current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current BLS, ACLS PALS and NRP. Respiratory Therapist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performs and collects diagnostic information to include: a. Pulmonary Function testing b. Pad Net c. Sleep studies d. Noninvasive and invasive diagnostic procedures e. Blood gas and other pertinent laboratory analysis. 2. Accurately assesses each patient with physical examination and diagnostic data interpretations. 3. Applies therapeutics to respiratory care including: a. Medial gas therapy b. Humidity therapy c. Aerosol therapy d. Artificial airway insertion, management, and care e. Airway clearance f. Invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation 4. Assesses reaction and results of therapeutic interventions timely. 5.
