Required QualificationsCOVID VAC REQAVH Religious/Medical Exemptions forms will be reviewed by AVH - declinations not accepted 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license requiredCurrent BLS certification through American Heart Association requiredPreferred QualificationsIMPORTANT NOTE: Traveler will be responsible for securing their own housing for the duration of this assignment.
