Job Description:

JOB DETAILS2 years of experience working with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings strongly preferred
BS Degree in Physical Therapy or closely related field with MS or above in Physical Therapy
IMPORTANT NOTE: TRAVELER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THEIR OWN HOUSING FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT.
MUST be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8,000' in elevation)REQUIREMENTSAVH requires COVID-19 Vaccination for all Staff.
Current Colorado physical therapy license
Current BLS certification
