Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Grand Junction, CO
Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services Pay: $1,898 to $1,957 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP

Registered Nurse - Hospice in Grand Junction, CO this position

patient care focused on comfort and symptom management. Develop and
implement care plans with the hospice team. Educate patients and
families on disease processes and end-of-life care. Coordinate care
with interdisciplinary team members and community resources.
Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Maintain
accurate patient records. Offer emotional support to patients and
families. Be available for on-call care when needed.
Qualifications: CO Registered Nurse license BLS/CPR Certification
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospice, palliative care, or
nursing in a similar healthcare setting is required Valid driver's
license Job details: Pay: $1,898.22 - $1,956.93 / week Location:
