in the state or compact state Certifications: Current BLS

during difficult times. Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation for home visits. Description: We are seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide skilled nursing
care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in
accordance with the patient’s plan of care and hospice philosophy.
Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments
of patients' needs and coordinating individualized care plans. The
RN will provide pain and symptom management consistent with the
hospice plan of care. Education and support will be provided to
patients and families regarding the disease process, self-care
techniques, end-of-life issues, and the hospice philosophy.
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team including physicians,
social workers, chaplains, and volunteers is essential. The RN will
participate in on-call rotation and maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational
policies. On-call shifts will require the RN to respond within 45
minutes to patient needs when on call. Working during holidays is
also expected as part of the role. Experience with electronic
medical records is preferred. This position offers a rewarding
