Clinical Office has an opening for a Case Manager. The Case Manager
will work with individuals with mental health/substance use
disorders to assess their needs and coordinate services, and
provide support and education. Entry level position but experience
Bachelors level education or an Utah SWW Licensure is preferred.

$3.00/hr Housing Differential. Additional pay offered to candidates
with BA/BS in a human services field. Hiring preference will be
given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call
