Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Grand Junction, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Pediatrics Speech Language Pathologist Position Highlights: - Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language assessments for children and adults ages birth to 21. - Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. - Provide speech and language therapy services in one-on-one or group settings. - Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. - Maintain detailed patient records and document progress. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development. Requirements: - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. - Current Colorado state licensure (or eligibility for licensure). - Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – CF supervisor will be on-site. - Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.
