The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards, while cultivating a nurturing environment for both staff and residents. This role demands strategic leadership, deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, and a passion for advancing healthcare in a community-focused setting. Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures to meet resident care needs and regulatory compliance Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensure continuous quality assessment and improvement in patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate individualized care plans Manage departmental budget and ensure adequate staffing and resources Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Facilitate ongoing professional development and education for nursing staff Serve as the main point of contact for resident families, addressing concerns and providing updates Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice Certified in Gerontological Nursing preferred Additional certification in healthcare management is a plus
