Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our top-rated

services to patients while fostering their communication and
swallowing capabilities. You will work closely with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care tailored to the
individual needs of each patient. Assess, diagnose, and treat
speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop
individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians,
patients, and other healthcare team members. Implement therapeutic
interventions for managing communication disorders. Monitor and
document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about communication strategies
and coping mechanisms. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply
with all HIPAA regulations. Strong understanding of speech-language
pathology principles and practices. Ability to develop and
implement comprehensive treatment plans. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using electronic health
records and speech therapy tools. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
