Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of
Inpatient Physical Therapist within our respected health system. As
a key part of our rehabilitation team, you will provide crucial
therapy services at our state-of-the-art hospitals and clinics.
This role is vital in assisting patients recovering from surgeries,
injuries, and other conditions, ensuring they achieve the best
possible mobility and quality of life. Our commitment to innovative

development. Assess patient condition by conducting physical exams;
establish a clinical diagnosis. Formulate and implement treatment
plans to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other
interventions. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
and lifestyle changes. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to plan and evaluate team-treatment approaches.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with
facility policies and legal requirements. Stay updated with
advancements in physical therapy and integrate them into patient
treatment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise
in therapeutic techniques and diagnostics. Ability to handle a full
spectrum of physical ailments. Proficient in using physical therapy
software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice
physical therapy. CPR certification is required.
