Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation - Proven
track record of leading change initiatives Preferred Education and
Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s
degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
preferred - At least 5 years of nursing management experience, with
a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role Other Requirements: -
Valid RN license in the state of employment - Ability to meet
travel requirements if applicable - Commitment to maintaining
