Occupational Therapist Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,241 to $2,310 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/29/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: 3/29/2026 Available Shifts: 9 D Pay Rate: $2241.00 - $2310.00 Occupational Therapist need asap Provides assessment, treatment and education in the areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics. -One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required. -Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred. -Current/valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association. -Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). -Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-CO Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required. Preferred Qualifications -Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
