As an Occupational Therapist here, you will have the unique
opportunity to impact lives within the numerous communities we
serve across our hospitals and clinics, leveraging the latest
therapeutic technologies and practices. Evaluate patients' needs
and establish effective, personalized therapy plans. Assist
patients in improving their ability to perform daily living and
working tasks. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
plan and implement complex interventions. Educate patients and
their families on home health care strategies and injury
prevention. Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and
outcomes. Participate in continuous education and training to stay
abreast of innovations in occupational therapy. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using
therapeutic equipment and technology Ability to assess patient
conditions and develop effective treatment plans Knowledge of
evidence-based practices in occupational therapy Capability to
handle sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance

state license as an Occupational Therapist. Preferable: NBCOT
Certification as an Occupational Therapist.
