Kenichi Aspen is a locally owned fine dining Sushi restaurant in Aspen, CO. We are a motivated dedicated team member who are passionate about food and service. The successful candidate will be a creative, experienced leader who is passionate about producing excellent food. You will be in charge of the hot kitchen of our 120 seat restaurant, including menu creation, staff managing, and kitchen cleanliness. The right candidate will be familiar with creating a variety of Japanese hot food items, and keep a cool head in a fast paced kitchen. If you are relocating to the Aspen area we are willing to discuss helping with finding housing. Spanish Speaking is not required but is considered an advantage. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
