AssistanceWhat you'll do:Collaborate with the Executive Chef to
create and execute the restaurant's culinary visionOversee and
manage the kitchen's day-to-day operations by maintaining a hands-
on presence on the line during service Maintain high standards of
food quality, presentation, and tasteTrain and mentor kitchen
staff, fostering a positive and professional work environmentEnsure
adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelinesManage inventory
and control food costs to optimize profitabilityCollaborate with
the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between
kitchen and dining areasEmbrace and promote a culture of continuous
learning and professional development within the kitchen
teamRequirements:At least two years of culinary management or
equivalent experienceExtensive experience in professional kitchens,
preferably in elevated high-volume establishmentsStrong culinary
skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and
cuisinesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact with guests, staff, and managementStrong attention to
detail and organizational abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays as requiredSalary Range: $70,000.00 -
