MML is continuously expanding, managing, and owning hotels, such as the Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California currently under development. We also provide F&B consultation for the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets throughout the property.   • Oversee all retail and wholesale bakery production, with focus on quality and consistency
  • Assist in management of wholesale accounts, catering and special orders
  • Collaborate with the chef team to introduce seasonal and special menu items that align with MML concepts
  • Manage inventory and order responsibly to control cost
  • Write weekly schedules that coincide with financial projections and labor goals
  • Foster a positive work environment and continue to grow, build, and motivate the teamRequirements:
    • Four years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering
    • At least 3 years of previous high-level experience in a well-established restaurant
    • Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience considered
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • This is an evening/night position. Shifts are from 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
