with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California currently
under development. We also provide F&B consultation for the
Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining,
and banquets throughout the property. MML owns and operates all its
properties and only takes on projects that align with our vision

AssistanceWhat you'll do:Oversee all retail and wholesale bakery
production, with focus on quality and consistencyAssist in
management of wholesale accounts, catering and special
ordersCollaborate with the chef team to introduce seasonal and
special menu items that align with MML concepts Manage inventory
and order responsibly to control costWrite weekly schedules that
coincide with financial projections and labor goalsFoster a
positive work environment and continue to grow, build, and motivate
the teamRequirements:Four years of progressive experience in
high-volume food production or cateringAt least 3 years of previous
high-level experience in a well-established restaurantEquivalent
combination of relevant education and/or experience
consideredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact with guests, staff, and management.Strong attention to
detail and organizational abilities.This is an evening/night
position. Shifts are from 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am. Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00Physical Requirements:The physical demands
