$100,000 per year Responsibilities: Provide civil legal services to
a broad base of existing clients. Collaborate with our team of
experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff. Conduct
thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to
clients' needs. Draft, review, and revise legal documents,
including contracts, pleadings, and briefs. Qualifications: Juris
Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed in
Colorado. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and
time/billing systems. Demonstrated decision-making,
problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. About
