Role Summary

Join our team as a Houseperson for Hotel Jerome, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing linen supplies for room attendants, stocking satellite closets, and delivering and retrieving items requested by guests and floor supervisors.

Pay Range

This is a full-time, year-round non-exempt position. The hourly pay starts at $23.00

Key Responsibilities

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

* Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments. Check with the supervisor for additional assignments throughout the shift.
* Load/unload linens and supplies in/out of cart following departmental procedures.
* Transport linens and supplies from vehicles to designated areas.
* Organize and stock all incoming linens in designated areas/shelves.
* Monitor and maintain designated supply levels.
* Maintain and monitor the cleanliness of work areas.
* Assist housekeeping staff as assigned.
* Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.

Required Qualifications

* One year prior experience in a similar environment.
* High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
