Soar Autism Center is hiring for an - Early Intervention Specialist - to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children's development. In turn, - you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning . Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive one-on-one care - and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment Implement care plans - under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children Build relationships with children's families What the job is like: Plusses: - Meaningfully impact children's growth , clear paths for career advancement, purpose-led organization, multi-disciplinary team Challenges: Can be demanding at times working with children, some routine care like diaper changes Qualifications: Interest in and experience working with children -- we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with with kids Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer: $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
