The position Rental Retail Administrative and Purchasing Assistant is responsible for providing office management, purchasing, material master, executive assistance and administrative support for the Rental Retail organization. Responsibilities include routine and daily office functions as well as project support and specific task management. Responsible for being familiar with, and assisting in, all areas of Rental Retail daily operations as needed.

Essential Job Functions

Administrative Assistant Tasks
--- - - -Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and - - -department activities for all members of the department.
--- - - -Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: answering phones, photocopying, filing - - - - - - and mail distribution.
--- - - -Performs offices management duties to include but not limited to: maintaining office equipment, - - -coordinating and managing IT, phone and other technical support requirements, ordering supplies, - - -coordinating with night cleaners
--- - - -Attends various meetings and records, distributes and archives meeting notes
--- - - -Maintains Rental Retail contact lists including phone lists and Outlook distribution lists. Manages phone - - -greetings for Rental Retail locations.
--- - - -Prepares or assists in preparing correspondence, reports, routine spreadsheets, PowerPoint - - -presentations, sale signs and other documents. -
--- - - -Creates, edits, and distributes guides, workbooks, training manuals, etc. to assist with training, -
operations and marketing needs. -
--- - - -Supports Rental Retail team in administrative needs. -
--- - - -Arranges lodging and passes for vendors and guests, manages special requests made by vendors or - - -other ASC departments
--- - - -Assists in coordinating employee recognition/employee relations functions
--- - - -Will be required to work in stores during peak times

Purchasing Assistant Tasks
--- - - -Assist in loading material master information in the system as requested from the buyers.
--- - - -Assist in loading purchase orders into the system as needed from the buyers.
--- - - -Own PO confirmation process and ensure purchasing system reflects accurate quantities, dates, prices, and terms for all purchase orders.
--- - - -Own past-due PO process and ensure purchasing system reflects accurate dates of when product will be arriving.
--- - - -Assist planner with creating replenishment orders when needed.
--- - - -Assist warehouse personnel with receiving, tagging, and distribution of product as needed.
--- - - -Assist in cycle-counts and physical counts as needed.
--- - - -Performs other duties as needed and as determined by the supervisor
