• Operate heavy and light equipment for site grading, utilities, roadways, and sewer/water projects
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Always maintain a safe work environment
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to managementOperator Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience operating heavy and light equipment in excavation construction
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications to execute project requirements
  • Proficient in basic math skills and technical knowledge of equipment
  • Clear understanding of safety regulations and practices
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
