Communicate Effectively: Keep the Property Manager updated with progress, tasks, and opportunities. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with daily special offers and share these exciting deals with prospects. Local Expert: Research the area to emphasize the benefits of living in these fantastic neighborhoods. Administrative Support: Help with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service is a MUST! People Person: Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases with ease. Skilled Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best deals. Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
